We all know it as our YouTube introductory track, but for those of you who don't know this.. Listen above, it's linked.. See that? Click it. It's track six on Frank Zappa's 'We're Only in It for the Money'. The left sided drumming features throughout the album but this track is special because of that opening left sided drum beat. The bass has a focus and the stereo recording is exquisite. Lyrically, it;s about the fathers of hippie children in the 60's. I found a use for it being a 30 second ragtime track and It's the shortest and most memorable track (to me) on We're Only in It for the Money. Take off the left ear piece and you hear that experimental guitar work people 'talk' about so often. It's so special because it's uncharacteristic and is effectless, but because of the unitary sound, you don't notice it's lack of features. It's a truly remarkable track produced by Zappa, sang by Zappa and written by Zappa.
